Of course! If you are having an issue with a size, we'll make it better. If there is a clear defect in the goods you received, or you didn't receive what you thought you ordered, please get in touch with 5 days of receiving the product, and we'll work to resolve the issue with you. 

If you change your mind quickly after placing your order, please let us know right away and we can cancel your purchase before shipping is fulfilled. Orders can not be cancelled beyond one hour after submitting.

Please take the time to ensure you like the colour, size, shape of the products you purchase. If you have any questions, our team can help guide you through sizing or product questions to help inform your purchasing decision. 

Some items ship from us directly, while others will come to you from out suppliers around the world, depending where you live. It's how we can offer our price point structure.

So, depending on where we are shipping to, it can take some time to get your order. While we do process and procure your order straight away, it can sometimes still take between 3-8 weeks to receive your orders.  You do receive a tracking number for your order, and we are happy to do our best to help fill in any information along the way. Since we partner with several different outlets to bring you the best price on gear, the bundled order you place, may actual come from different outlets. In that event, each outlet will send us a notice confirming your order as well as shipping updates, and we send that on to you. It's a bit weird, though it's the best way we've discovered to keep our costs down and pass those savings to you. 

On some items we can (like apparel), on some we can not (like most items on our gear list). If you really need something by a certain date, please email us and we'll let you know if there's anything we can do to speed things up!
